Job Functions:Â
Maintains operational data used to report financial results, including the preparation of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports. Prepares account reconciliations and various general ledger entries. Is involved in the analysis of operational data, including cost analysis, Divisional comparisons and other ad hoc reports, as needed. Assists with the implementation and performance of internal controls over financial reporting. Provides assistance with various financial related projects. Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead and uphold safety policies, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times. 
Minimum Qualifications:
•      Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
•      Minimum 5 years of experience in General or Cost Accounting
•      Microsoft Office experience including intermediate knowledge of Excel
Preferred Qualifications:
•      Cost Accountant Experience
•      CPA or MBAÂ
•      ManufacturingÂ
•      Oracle ERP systemÂ
