Rezult continues to make great strides toward enhancing the technology community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently we are searching for a Business Intelligence Developer to fulfil an immediate vacancy.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable data solutions using the Microsoft tech stack (ADF, SSMS, SSAS, Power BI), as well as Python and AWS products.
- Manage a diverse workload and meet deadlines consistently.
- Collaborate with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality, well-rounded solutions.
- Communicate findings and insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Continuously improve existing products, processes, and data pipelines.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted “source of truth” within the Business Intelligence team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, Data Analytics, Business, or Information Science (Graduate degree preferred).
- 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in technology, healthcare, or retail.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and DAX.
- Experience designing and developing enterprise-level reports and dashboards.
- Self-starter with strong analytical and coding skills — able to interpret data, validate results, derive insights, and build actionable solutions.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to perform under pressure and deliver consistent, high-quality results
