We are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum of:
- Five + years related experience Â
- Experience with government security standardsÂ
- Current security clearance TS/SCI requiredÂ
- Ability to obtain U. S. Government security clearance at a TS/SCI with FS Poly Â
- Knowledge of DoD Manuals:
- 5105.21 volumes 1-3
- 5200.01 volumes 1-4
- 5205.07 volumes 1-3
- ICD 705Â
- Knowledge of:
- National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM)
- Joint Special Access Program Implementation Guide (JSIG)
- Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 703
- Risk Management Framework (RMF) process
- National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) publicationsÂ
- Strong written and verbal communication skillsÂ
- Experience interfacing with DCSA and other government representativesÂ
This individual will be responsible for:
- Facilitate obtaining of employees’ security clearances with multiple entities to the levels requiredÂ
- Prepare/coordinate/implement security plans as required by various customersÂ
- Oversee alarm system vendor; respond to system alarms; take appropriate action Â
- Conduct security training sessions as neededÂ
- Serve as customer’s primary POC for security issuesÂ
- Oversee security documentation requirements Â
- Manage the Insider Threat Program Â
- Manage recall rosters, emergency manning rosters, and after-hours security phoneÂ
- Interface with Program Managers to satisfy access needs and ensure the protection of controlled unclassified information (CUI).Â
- Manage Intrusion Detection and Access Control Systems in accordance with ICD, DoD, and UL 2050 standardsÂ
- Security Manager with submission of DCSA accreditation packagesÂ
- Manage compliance with Department of Defense (DoD) Manuals and Intelligence Community Directives (ICD) as well as program-specific requirementsÂ
- Develop and administer security education training; conduct foreign travel briefings and debriefings
- Prepare and track DD254s
- Maintain security documentation as required in accordance with cognizant security agency directivesÂ
- Ensure new employees are properly vetted and in-processed in accordance with customer requirementsÂ
- Direct the management of personnel clearances and investigations Â
- Process visitor access requests in the Defense Information Security System (DISS) and other related customer systemsÂ
- Provide employees with personnel security guidance consistent with the 13 adjudicative guidelines to assist them in managing their clearances in a Continuous Vetting environmentÂ
- Apply physical security concepts to improve security in-depth postureÂ
- Manage the document inventory and control program for the management, shipping, and receiving of both classified material and controlled unclassified informationÂ
- Direct the investigation and reporting of security incidents and deliver discipline as requiredÂ
- Assist with requests for Common Access Cards (CACs), customer network account creation, and other account or facility access needs as requiredÂ
- Review proposals and contracts to provide security-related expertise, guidance, and implementation plans in accordance with 32 CFR Part 117 (NISPOM)Â
- Guide and coordinate activities requiring scheduling and participation from the local the Security teamÂ
- Function as the COMSEC CustodianÂ
- Manage TEMPEST AccreditationÂ
- Work with security team members to provide comprehensive and consistent security practices across Traditional, Sensitive Compartmented Information and Special Access Programs to satisfy internal and external customersÂ
- Development and implementation of a comprehensive cybersecurity program to include risk management, developing system security plans (SSP)s and associated artifacts (e.g., POAMs, etc.), obtaining authorizations to operate (ATOs)Â
