Rezult continues to make great strides toward enhancing the technology community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently we are searching for an IT Project Manager 3 to fulfill an immediate vacancy.
This position would be 70% remote with travel required for workshops and project associated in person meetings. These meetings could be in Birmingham, Atlanta, or Mississippi.
Position Overview
· The IT Project Manager will work to make sure our IT practices stay aligned with business needs.
Responsibilities:
· Lead the cross-functional delivery of a range of technology deliverables using advanced negotiation facilitation planning and dependency management techniques.
· Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals, milestones, deliverables, detailed tasks, and resource requirements from concept creation through implementation.
· Lead sprint planning and stand-up meetings to facilitate the entire project lifecycle from start to finish.
· Collaborate with technical and product teams to break complex multi-disciplinary technology projects into prioritized and properly scoped plans of action.
· Create clear visibility into status and progress within the team and for stakeholders.
· Identify and manage cross-team dependencies and risks.
· Define and drive mitigation plans.
· Bachelor's Degree and relevant IT project management experience.
· Strong analytical and project management skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize, track, and deliver results.
Required Skills
· 5-10 years experience in IT Project Management with experience focused on delivering technology implementations.
· Proven skills at facilitating difficult conversations with many different departments.
· Experience with full project management lifecycle with the ability to ask the right question at the right time to drive project success.
· Ability to successfully complete work with little to no oversight.
