Job Description
Rezult continues to make great strides toward enhancing the financial community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently we are searching for a Manager, Shared Services to fulfill an immediate vacancy.
This individual will be responsible for:
- Leading and mentoring a team of 5 accounting professionals
- Handling fixed asset accounting, intercompany accounting, and ensuring compliance with US GAAP
- Preparing and reviewing financial statements and general ledger reconciliations
- Managing high volumes of transactions and large-scale financial data
- Supporting the month-end close process, including timely account reconciliations
- Engaging in continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization within the shared services function
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
We are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum of:
- 8+ years of accounting experience from large publicly traded companies
- 3-5 years of leadership experience
- Experience in shared services to include fixed assets and lease accounting
- CPA license
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, or Oracle is a PLUS
