Web Designer 1
Job Description
Rezult continues to make great strides toward enhancing the technology community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently we are searching for a Web Designer to fulfil an immediate vacancy.
Responsibilities:
- Create webpages and maintain them on both internal (SharePoint) and external (HTML) platforms
- Create graphics for a variety of projects - posters, brochures, webpages, invitations, etc.
- Assist with events for Safety, Labor, and Workforce Development as needed including behind the
- scenes and day of logistics, etc.
- Create communications of all types including planned and pop up with short deadlines
- Assist with projects for entities'/boards we are involved in that may not be directly tied to Alabama Power
Skills Required:
- Webpage design experience required (bring examples of portfolio to interview)
- Graphics experience required (bring examples of portfolio to interview)
- Organizational Skills- we work on a variety of projects simultaneously for both internal and external
- customers, must be organized
- Communication Skills - must be clear and concise with written and spoken word; transparent when
- not sure how to do something or have a question
- Time management skills important
- Team mindset - we all pitch in to get the job done whatever the task may be
- Creative - ability to think outside the box to problem solve and to make things interesting and fun when appropriate
