Job Description
Rezult Group continues to make great strides toward enhancing the technology services community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently we are searching for a Dynamics Developer to fulfill an immediate full-time vacancy.
This position is a Full-Time, Direct Hire position that sits onsite in southeastern, AL.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Support and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) through X++ and C#.
- Manage and maintain integrations across enterprise systems (Dynamics F&O, Dynamics CE, UKG) using KingswaySoft, SSIS, and APIs.
- Collaborate with business teams in accounting, operations, and other areas to translate needs into system enhancements.
- Troubleshoot application issues, develop technical solutions, and oversee data flow between systems.
- Cross-train on related applications and provide backup support to ensure team coverage.
- Contribute to the expansion of CE, Power Apps, and other Microsoft ecosystem tools as the environment grows.
- 3–7+ years of software development experience with strong skills in C# and/or X++.
- Ability to engage directly with business stakeholders and bridge technical solutions with operational needs.
- Strong troubleshooting, integration, and problem-solving skills across multi-system environments.
- Self-starter with adaptability and eagerness to learn new tools and platforms.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or AX experience preferred, but not required—strong object-oriented developers (C#, .NET) will be considered.
- Exposure to SQL, APIs, or cloud-based technologies such as Azure is a plus.
