Rezult continues to make great strides toward enhancing the financial services community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently we are searching for a FP&A Manager to fill an immediate full time need.
Job responsibilities include:
- Managing the monthly corporate forecasts, budgets and analyzing financial results for departments
- Utilizing critical thinking skills to make strategic business decisions
- Handle the detailed tracking for corporate headcount and staffing models and offer business solutions as needed
- Identify expense growth drivers and present findings to leadership
- Manage a large corporate spend and handle growth as acquisitions occur
- Working in a fast-pace, ad hoc environment
- Bring a strategic thinker and self-starter that is solutions-oriented and versed in speaking finance across the organization
- Manipulating data as needed to run reports
We are currently speaking with candidates who have:
- 5(+) years of progressive corporate FP&A experience
- Experience in the Gaming industry
- SQL Data reporting experience
