Job Description
Rezult continues to make great strides toward enhancing the financial community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently we are searching for an Accounts Payable Specialist to fulfill an immediate need.
This individual will be responsible for:
- Performing 3-way matching of purchase orders, receipts, and invoices to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies with vendors or internal departments
- Managing full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice processing, coding, approval routing, and payment execution in accordance with company policies
- Maintaining vendor records, process new vendor setups, and ensure timely and accurate payment schedules to uphold strong supplier relationships
- Assisting with month-end closing by preparing AP aging reports, reconciling accounts, and supporting audits with appropriate documentation
- Ad hoc work as assigned
We are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum of:
- 3+ years of AP experience to include experience in 3-way matching
- Experience processing for multiple entities
- Basic Excel skills
- Experience working in Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus
