AR Specialist

Job Description
Rezult continues to make great strides toward enhancing the financial community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently we are searching for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to fulfill an immediate need.
This individual will be responsible for:
- Managing full cycle accounts receivable including invoice preparation, billing, posting, and cash application.
- Monitoring customer accounts, following up on outstanding balances, and resolving payment discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Reconciling AR transactions, maintaining accurate customer records, and providing aging reports as needed.
- Supporting month-end close by preparing AR schedules, assisting with revenue reconciliations, and ensuring timely recognition of receivables.
- Ad hoc work as assigned
We are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum of:
- 2+ years of AR experience
- Bachelor’s or Associate's degree
- Basic Excel skills: pivot tables, sumifs, and countifs
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
