Job Description
Rezult continues to make great strides toward enhancing the financial services community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently we are searching for a AVP of Finance to fill an immediate permanent need with an exceptional client in Brentwood, TN operating on a hybrid schedule.
- Leverage Oracle and other business tools to analyze data and deliver insights on consolidated financial performance.
- Partner with operational leaders to prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages for senior leadership, the board, and the company’s private equity sponsor.
- Oversee accounting and reporting for debt instruments, capital structure, and stock-based compensation, ensuring compliance with credit agreements and REIT-related financial covenants.
- Monitor and benchmark financial performance of public company peers to support strategic planning.
- Support enterprise-wide financial initiatives and ad hoc analysis as needed.
We are currently speaking with candidates who have:
- 8+ years of experience rooted in public accounting with a blend of industry experience
- CPA required
- Oracle experience highly preferred
