Accounting Coordinator

Job Description
Rezult continues to make great strides toward enhancing the financial community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently we are searching for an Accounting Coordinator to fulfill an immediate need.
This individual will be responsible for:
- Providing accounting support across multiple entities, including invoice processing, expense report review, credit card administration, and vendor/customer record management.
- Partnering with employees and internal teams to resolve discrepancies, answering inquiries, and ensuring compliance with company policies and financial controls.
- Assisting with reconciliations, audits, reporting, and ad hoc projects while escalating risks and issues to leadership as needed.
- Identifying and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and overall financial operations.
- Other ad hoc work as assigned
We are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum of:
- 0-2 years of experience (new grads welcome)
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- Experience in Concur or other expense management system is a plus
