***Cannot work C2C, must be a USC or GC holder and able to report onsite Birmingham, AL***
Job Responsibilities:
· The Administrative Assistant will perform administrative and office support activities for multiple professionals, including managers, managing directors, and partners.
· The role will also include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, filing, scanning, copying, and placing meal orders. Strong calendar management, making travel arrangements, using various software, including word processing spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software, reading, analyzing, and proofing documents, emails, presentations, etc.
Qualifications:
· 5-10 Years Relevant Experience
· Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) and Oracle.
· Ability to multi-task and provide support in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment.
· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
· Strong communication skills. Correct spelling and punctuation is a must.
· Ability to anticipate needs and assist the team.
· Ability to learn tasks quickly, pay attention to detail, and keep up with a fast-paced working environment.
· Must have the ability to organize a daily workload by priorities must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
· A proactive problem-solving approach is required, as well as strong decision-making abilities.
· Desired characteristics: self-motivated, curious, honest, loyal, resourceful, values teamwork.
Physical Activities:
May be asked to organize promotional materials (move boxes, sort items, etc.), bring in office supplies/materials, set up for meetings, use a step ladder.
Work Setting:
Primarily will be a corporate office setting. The team works varied, hybrid work schedules so may be off-site at times. Candidate needs to be a self-starter, able to work independently. The ability to communicate through various channels (in-person phone, email, text, TEAMs chat, etc.) is necessary.
