Currently, we are searching for an Application Support Analyst to fulfill an immediate full-time vacancy.
This position is a Full-Time, Direct Hire position, not offering sponsorship, or C2C, that sits fully onsite in Birmingham, AL.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Provide timely and professional SaaS application support to clients via email, phone, or ticketing systems, ensuring quick resolution of issues and inquiries.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical software problems, collaborating with development teams for issue escalation when necessary.
- Document customer interactions, track recurring issues, and update support systems for future reference and knowledge sharing.
- Analyze trends in customer feedback to suggest potential product enhancements to improve the user experience.
Position Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in software or application support roles, with a strong ability to diagnose and resolve software-related issues.
- Must have some knowledge of GCP, Microservices knowledge, Kubernetes, Docker, Mongo, Redis, Rabbit MQ, or React Framework.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with experience in troubleshooting software issues and resolving customer concerns efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A customer-first mindset, with a passion for providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) are a bonus!
- Proficiency with support ticketing systems and remote troubleshooting tools, familiar with SaaS environments ideal!
