Associate Director, Finance
Job Description
Rezult continues to make great strides toward enhancing the financial community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently, we are searching for a Finance Director to fulfill an immediate Permanent vacancy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with C-level executives, physicians, and operations leaders to maximize the financial and operational performance of practices.
- Monitor monthly performance of all facilities, identifying opportunities for business development and operational improvements, including optimizing infrastructure such as Salesforce and Tableau dashboards.
- Oversee and mentor one direct report (Finance Manager) to ensure alignment with financial goals and initiatives.
- Drive EBITDA (Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization) growth by leading initiatives to enhance profitability and operational efficiency.
- Develop tools to track and communicate physician engagement levels, identifying opportunities to increase practice share.
- Provide ad hoc project support to the finance team and market GVP/VPs as needed.
- Manage lending, investment, and leasing requirements for the Florida region, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics is required.
- A minimum of 6+ years of finance experience, including direct experience with physician-facing responsibilities and physician compensation.
- Proven ability to perform detailed physician compensation calculations in Excel and effectively communicate results to physicians and C-level executives.
- Strong technical accounting and finance skills, with experience in month-end close processes, budgeting (monthly/quarterly), and ad hoc financial reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with Tableau for data analysis and visualization.
- Ability to commute weekly to the Jacksonville, FL practice and travel occasionally across the state (e.g., to the Keys).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working within a multi-site environment STRONGLY PREFERRED .
- Previous experience in a cardiology practice is a significant advantage.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with physicians, executives, and practice staff.
- Self-motivated and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
