Rezult continues to make great strides toward enhancing the technology community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently we are searching for a Scrum Master/Business Systems Analyst to fulfill an immediate vacancy.

This individual will be responsible for:
- Requirement gathering from business stakeholders to understand objectives, processes, and requirements for the Scrum team.
- Translating business requirements into technical specifications for development team.
- Participate in testing efforts to ensure that developed solutions meet the specified requirements.
- Analyze data, create reports, and visualize insights, aiding in decision-making and problem-solving.
- Document business requirements, functional specifications, and system design specifications.
We are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum of:Â
- 5 – 9 years business system analysis / scrum master experience in systems analysis.
- 5+ years of requirement gathering and specification design.
- Experience working within Azure DevOps with SDLC teams.
Preferred Certifications and Experience:
- Data analysis by creating and executing queries, interpreting results, and communicating findings to technical and non-technical audiences. (SQL, Excel, Tableau, or Power BI)
- 5+ years working with enterprise database management system (e.g., SQL server)
- Hands-on participating in testing and quality assurance.
- Strong working knowledge of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Agile certifications: PSM, CSM
- Scrum Master within an Agile/Scrum framework and its application in product development and delivery.
- Strong experience with DevOps and modern web application architectures, Cloud migration projects, micro-services architectures, big data projects, application modernization/application dev/mainframe modernization engagements and running modernization projects.
