This individual will be responsible for:
- Develop, implement, and document project portfolio solutions focusing on workflow optimization and automation using Power Automate.
- Transition and migrate existing Microsoft Access reports to Power BI for improved data accessibility and presentation.
- Collaborate with project leads to maintain project documentation, status reports, and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
We are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum of:Â
- 2+ Years of hands-on experience working with MS Access.
- 2+ Years of building Power BI dashboards and reports to transform complex data into actionable business insights.
- 2+ Years of experience working with SharePoint and building workflows.
Preferred Certifications and Experience:
- Creating and maintaining SharePoint sites and lists.
- 3+ Years of hands-on SQL experience.
- 2+ Years of Power Automate for automating business processes and workflows.
- Experience transitioning Microsoft Access reports to Power BI reports.
- Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation using Microsoft Word templates.
- Three years of experience in using a project management system to maintain schedules, cost tracking, and resource-level planning
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for conveying project accomplishments, challenges, and insights to stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related analytical field or equivalent experience.
