Currently we are searching for a Digital Transformation Program Manager to fulfill a contract opportunity within one of our large, national healthcare customers!
This individual will be responsible for:
- Leading the training effort to manage the project and training for Product and AI learning initiatives
- Defining the Project roadmap for cross-functional teams
- Partnering with key business stakeholders to define project vision
We are actively speaking with candidates with a minimum of:
- 8+ years in program management surrounding instructional design and corporate learning and development
- Deep knowledge of AI and experience implementing AI Learning Initiatives
- Relevant certifications in training or instructional design
