This individual will be responsible for:
- Accurately translate documents, presentations, and e-learning modules from English to Spanish, ensuring that all text is culturally and contextually appropriate for the target audience.
- Translation of training and corporate communications in Microsoft Word, Articulate Storyline, Adobe InDesign, and Microsoft PowerPoint for translating interactive learning content.
- Proofread and edit translations to ensure high-quality, error-free content.
- Work closely with instructional designers, subject matter experts, and project managers to understand the context and requirements of each translation project.
We are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum of:Â
- Fluent in English and Spanish, spoken and written.
- 2+ Years of Spanish Translation in corporate environment.
- 2+ Years of Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Adobe InDesign, and Microsoft PowerPoint
- 2+ Years of hands-on experience translating in Articulate; Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Articulate 360.
Preferred Certifications and Experience:
- Attention to Detail and Quality Assurance: Experience in proofreading and editing translated materials, with a strong emphasis on quality assurance to produce error-free, high-standard documents.
- 2+ Years of Experience in End Design: Proven track record in handling end design processes, including complex document layout, visual presentation, and integrating translated content into design templates, maintaining professional standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Translation or related analytical field or equivalent experience
