Rezult Group continues to make great strides toward enhancing the technology services community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently we are searching for a Database DBA/Developer to fulfill an immediate full-time vacancy.
This position is a Contract position through the end of the year, sitting onsite in Birmingham, AL on a hybrid schedule.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Execute change control processes and ensure proper documentation.
- Coordinate and manage data migration tasks, including writing jobs in relevant languages.
- Oversee the migration from existing systems to new platforms, with a focus on improving code quality.
- Track project progress and coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion.
Position Requirements:
- Strong SQL skills, with experience in query tuning and traditional DBA tasks.
- Ability to manage data migrations and coordinate complex projects.
- Creative problem-solving skills and forward-thinking approach.
- Mid-senior level experience, self-directed, and capable of working independently.
