Rezult continues to make great strides toward enhancing the technology community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently we are searching for a Desktop Support Analyst to fill.
This individual will be responsible for:
- Facilitating hardware and software requests by performing installations and troubleshooting activities on personal computers, laptops, printers and desktop equipment.
- Installing and configuring operating system software and upgrades.
- Troubleshooting and repairing hardware and network connectivity issues on local machines.
- Removing old equipment and performing data migration to new machines
- Working with hardware and software vendors to verify timely product delivery and ensuring that new equipment is installed and ready to operate on schedule.
We are actively speaking with applicants that have:
- A minimum of 2 years Desktop Support experience.
- A minimum of 2 years Microsoft experience.
- A minimum of 2 years troubleshooting,configuring and installing hardware.
- An associates degree is preferred.
- Excellent communication and team player skills.
