Job Description
Rezult continues to make great strides toward enhancing the financial community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently we are searching for a Director of Financial Reporting to fulfill an immediate need.
This individual will be responsible for:
- Lead and manage the members of the Financial Reporting team
- Develop and document technical accounting conclusions for various transactions ranging from simple to complex
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting of Corporate and consolidated results monthly
- Work closely with the Treasury team on quarterly lender reporting and covenant compliance
- Evaluate financial and operational process changes to improve efficiency and scalability
- Serve as an accounting resource for the Corporate and Practice Accounting teams
- Assume primary responsibility for coordinating the Company’s external audit including timelines, managing the auditors, and overseeing the completion of the Company’s US GAAP based consolidated financial statements
- Participate in the continued optimization
We are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum of:
- 6+ years of experience from Big 4 public accounting AND/OR industry
- Experience in consolidations
- Advanced Excell skills
