Rezult continues to make great strides toward enhancing the financial community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently, we are searching for a Director of Accounting/Finance to fulfill an immediate permanent need operating on a hybrid schedule based in Nashville, TN.
This individual will be responsible for:
- Handling journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and P&L analysis, with full ownership of key accounts including accruals, trade payables, and bonuses.
- Overseeing all overhead and marketing accruals, reviewing monthly spend and reclassing as needed
- Owning parts of the month end close process tied to AP, marketing, and overhead
- Partnering cross-functionally with finance, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Leading and supporting two senior managers with oversight of daily payment runs
We are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum of:
- 7+ years of progressive corporate accounting
- 3+ years of experience managing or leading a team
- Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance or related field
- Excel skills to include: Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP's
