Rezult continues to make great strides toward enhancing the financial services community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently, we are searching for a Director of Finance to fill an immediate full-time need.

 

Job responsibilities include:
  • Managing finance for all hotel and casino functions
  • Assist the COO and General Manager for all Financial reporting functions
  • Utilizing critical thinking skills to make strategic business decisions
  • Handle the detailed tracking for corporate headcount and staffing models and offer business solutions as needed
  • Identify expense growth drivers and present findings to leadership
  • Manage a large corporate spend and handle growth as acquisitions occur
  • Working in a fast-pace, ad hoc environment
  • Bring a strategic thinker and self-starter that is solutions-oriented and versed in speaking finance across the organization
  • Manipulating data as needed to run reports

 

We are currently speaking with candidates who have:

 
  • 10(+) years of financial leadership in corporate environment
  • 5 + years of experience with finances surrounding hotels and casino gaming
  • Background in Accounting and Financial Planning
