Job responsibilities include:
- Managing finance for all hotel and casino functions
- Assist the COO and General Manager for all Financial reporting functions
- Utilizing critical thinking skills to make strategic business decisions
- Handle the detailed tracking for corporate headcount and staffing models and offer business solutions as needed
- Identify expense growth drivers and present findings to leadership
- Manage a large corporate spend and handle growth as acquisitions occur
- Working in a fast-pace, ad hoc environment
- Bring a strategic thinker and self-starter that is solutions-oriented and versed in speaking finance across the organization
- Manipulating data as needed to run reports
We are currently speaking with candidates who have:
- 10(+) years of financial leadership in corporate environment
- 5 + years of experience with finances surrounding hotels and casino gaming
- Background in Accounting and Financial Planning
