Rezult continues to make great strides toward enhancing the financial services community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently we are searching for a Director of Finance and Operations Consultant for a 6+ month contract with an exceptional client operating on a fully remote schedule (can sit anywhere within the US).
Job responsibilities include assisting the VP of Finance & Operations with the below support:
- Maintain and communicate insights from the Dashboard to the senior team weekly.
- Monitor department progress towards KPIs, identify issues, and assist in resolution.
- Manage and enhance SharePoint Online sites, integrating data with reporting tools.
- Analyze data sets, develop metrics, and create business cases for leadership decisions.
- Lead annual resource analysis to support department budgeting.
- Assist VP with short/long-term goals and team operations.
- Cover VP in meetings, manage agendas, notes, and follow-up using AI tools.
- Review and approve profit share statements as needed.
- Communicate with stakeholders on project and operational tasks.
- Build knowledge of operational systems and accounting processes.
- Support VP with staffing and people management administration.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and assist in executing change management activities.
We are currently speaking with candidates who have:
- Seven(+) years of progressive experience in finance and operations working within an agile team
- Proven experience in complex business requirements with financial constructs
- Strong problem solving skills and analytical capabilities
- Must have advanced Excel skills and Power BI (SharePoint experience a PLUS!)

Morgan Ball serves as Director of Business Operations in Rezult Group's Nashville office. Morgan started her career as a Recruiting Partner and has progressively taken on new roles within the organization. She found her passion for sales when she became a Business Development Manager where she interfaced with clients, worked closely with her team, enhanced her knowledge of organizational accounting and finance needs, and learned how to best partner with her clients. Morgan’s outgoing and creative personality sets her apart as a contributor and leader within our organization.
Morgan received her bachelor’s degree from The University of Memphis where she studied Public Relations. She and her husband are proud parents to their two Wheaten Terriers, Lu and Andy. When not looking after her fur babies Morgan loves cheering on the Tigers, being with friends traveling and celebrating all things Nashville!
