This individual will be responsible for:Â
 •Supporting multiple Operations leads to manage all aspects of multiple facilities and overall growth of the owning company
• Creating, implementing and pulling through opportunities which drive financial growth and operational performanceÂ
• Building positive relationships with facilities and operational leads while working closely with them as a business partnerÂ
• Partnering with accounting team to ensure accuracy of monthly financial statementsÂ
• Coaching facility leaders on financial matters and areas of improvementÂ
• Participating in pivotal decisions as they relate to strategic initiatives and operational modelsÂ
• Preparing and presenting monthly financial results by region to internal and external leadersÂ
• Reviewing and analyzing monthly financial results and provide insight and recommendations on trajectory of businessÂ

We are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum of:Â Â
• An undergraduate or graduate degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics is requiredÂ
• A minimum of seven years of financial experience is required with healthcare experience being desirableÂ
• Executive presence to deliver financial results and provide financial advice with confidenceÂ
• Travel requirements: 25%Â
