Job Description
Rezult continues to make great strides toward enhancing the financial services community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently, we are searching for a Director of Human Resources to fill an immediate full-time need.
Job responsibilities include:
- Build out of strategy, vision and culture for the orgnaization
- Manage day to day Human Resources functions
- Utilizing critical thinking skills to make strategic business decisions
- Handle vendors, ordering, budget and strategic decisions across the business
- Manage a large corporate environment
- Working in a fast-pace, ad hoc environment
- Bring a strategic thinker and self-starter that is solutions-oriented and versed in speaking to teams across the organization
We are currently speaking with candidates who have:
- 10+ years of human resources management experience
- 8+ years in the hospitality or gaming industry
- Experience in talent acquisition
- Experience in spearheading the rebuild and revamp of HR Strategies across an organization
