Additionally, this role will be responsible for:
• Building and mentoring a team of engineers and leaders
• Creating and implementing clear roadmaps at an enterprise level
• Leading the enterprise integration, implementation, and development of EHR technologies
We are actively speaking with applicants that have:
• 10+ years leading IT Application Development teams
• 7+ years of experience with Cerner EHR including integration, implementation, and development
• Strong exposure to modern engineering practices including object oriented programming and cloud technology
Preferred skills include:
• Experience with Cerner Smart Apps
• Experience with data exchange and interoperability
• Google Cloud and AWS
• Ability to build highly technical, high performing teams
• Modern UI frameworks
• Skilled in developing technical solutions to complex problems
• Flexible with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Collaborative, a team-oriented leader
• Microservice architecture
• BS or MS in STEM
