Additionally, this role will be responsible for:
• collective bargaining of labor contracts across the manufacturing enterprise
• leading labor negotiations for workers across the US and nearshore
We are actively speaking with applicants that have:
• 10+ years leading procurement, Labor, and contract deployments in a factory, food, or manufacturing environment
• 7+ years of experience working with union and union-based contracts
Preferred skills include:
• Deep knowledge of the National Labor Relations Act
• Ability to lead large group
• Contract arbitration
• Manufacturing background
• Skilled in negotiating technical solutions to complex nationwide contracts
• Flexible with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Collaborative, a team-oriented leader
• BS or MS in business
