Job Description
Rezult continues to make great strides toward enhancing the financial community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently we are searching for a Director of Payroll to fulfill an immediate need.
This individual will be responsible for:
- Leading payroll for multi-calendar and multiple entities to include weekly, biweekly, semi-monthly, monthly processing
- Leading and managing a payroll team to ensure efficiency and accuracy, leading and implementing process improvements
- Building strong relationships with leadership across the organization and prioritizing rapid pay corrections as needed
- Collaborating with auditors to ensure compliance
- Ensuring timely tax deposits and filing of quarterly/annual tax reports and year end processing and distribution of W-2’s
- Ad hoc work as assigned
We are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum of:
- 7+ years of experience in payroll leadership
- Experience in multi-state and multi-entity tax reconciliations, depositing, and reporting
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes, FLSA, employment laws, and tax regulations
- CPP is preferred
- Workday experience is preferred
