Day to Day:
· Develops, creates and modifies Epicor solutions.
· Analyzes user needs and develops software solutions.
· Assist in daily operations of IT and solves technical problems that may arise.
·        Analyzes user needs and software requirements. Determines feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.
·        Confers with others to design systems and obtain project information on limitations and capabilities, performance requirements and interfaces.
·        Coordinates software system installation.
·        Designs, develops and modifies software systems.
·        Develops and guides software system testing and validation procedures.
·        Develops relationships with internal customers to interpret software requirements.
·        Modifies existing software to correct errors, allow it to adapt to new hardware, to improve performance or accommodate new requirements.
·        Stores, retrieves and manipulates data to accomplish organizational goals.
·        Trains users to use new or modified software.
·        Answers questions from computer users for all software.

Qualifications:Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â
·        Experience with development and/or administration of Epicor ERP system              Â
·        Experience with Microsoft SQL Server
·        Experience with SSRS Reporting
·        Experience with C# programming
·        Solid Math foundation, application knowledge of algebra and statistics.
·        Ability to systematically troubleshoot complex problems.
·        Ability to analyze needs and product requirements to create a design.
·        Ability to write computer programs for various purposes.
·        Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related principal or 6 years of experience working with information systems, process improvement, project management and experience in supervisor capacity and/or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and training.
