Job Description

Responsibilities
- Leverage analytics such as contribution margin, cash flow, and benchmarking to guide decision-making and support key initiatives for the Financial Operations and Operations teams
- Analyze monthly and quarterly facility performance against budget, forecast, and previous period.
- Create presentations for quarterly surgery center and joint venture board meetings, assist in presenting findings to senior leadership.
- Prepare monthly financial/operational reports.
- Build financial models and projections for future business decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business field - accounting, finance or related.
- 3+ years of finance or related experience preferred, including experience with financial reporting/analysis, budget analysis, and presenting financial findings.
- Self starter, ability to work with various internal and external partners, highly analytical.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
