Job Description
Rezult continues to make great strides toward enhancing the financial community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently we are searching for an Accounting Manager Consultant to fulfill an immediate need.
This individual will be responsible for:
- Ensuring accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year-end close activities, including timely review of journal entries for prepaid amortization, fixed assets, leases, intercompany balancing, and expense account accruals
- Timely preparation or review of fluctuation analysis, account reconciliations, and reporting schedules utilized in internal and external reporting
- Ensuring the timely reporting of all monthly and quarterly financial statements
- Continually evaluate and optimizing process improvements
- Partnering with other departments on analyzing financial results, problem resolution, and strategic business initiatives
- Working with internal and external auditors to ensure documentation and assessment are within their standards
- Ad hoc work as assigned
We are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum of:
- 4+ years of progressive accounting experience
- CPA is a plus
- Experience from a large, multi-entity corporation or public accounting is a plus
- Experience in consolidations is highly desirable
