Payroll Specialist

Job Description
Rezult continues to make great strides toward enhancing the financial community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently we are searching for a Payroll Specialist to fulfill an immediate need.
This individual will be responsible for:
- Processing bi-weekly and monthly payroll for 3,000 multi-state employees to include issuing paychecks and electronic transfers to bank accounts
- Serving as subject matter expert to employees for all ADP needs related to Payroll and Time and Attendance
- Calculating retro payments, prorated salaries, and manual check payments as needed
- Preparing reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and nontaxable wages
- Assisting in quarter and year-end processes to ensure accurate reporting
- Administering garnishments and answer related questions
- Managing vacation/sick/PTO tracking and reporting
- Conducting tax research on matters that are unable to be resolved by ADP
- Ad hoc work as assigned
We are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum of:
- 3+ years of experience in high volume payroll processing
- Experience in ADP is strongly preferred
- Basic Excel skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
