Currently we are searching for a Senior Director of Accounting for a permanent, full-time role with an exceptional client operating on a hybrid schedule in Nashville, TN. (2 days a week onsite)
Key Responsibilities:
This role leads the Record to Report (RTR) function within Global Business Services, overseeing areas like Fixed Assets, General Accounting, Financial Reporting, Project Costing, Inventory Accounting, Consolidations, and Account Reconciliations. The leader will drive standardization, process improvement, and efficient service delivery across both onshore and offshore teams.
- Lead a team of 5-6 director level accountants
- Engage extensively with customers, labels, C-suite executives, and cross-functional teams, demonstrating a high level of professionalism.
- Lead and develop the RTR team with a focus on continuous improvement and standard processes.
- Oversee and enhance RTR processes, policies, and controls.
- Track and report on KPIs and SLAs, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
- Manage audit compliance and support external/internal audit activities.
- Collaborate with Corporate Finance on entity consolidations and reporting.
- Serve as point of escalation for RTR issues and approvals.
- Champion shared service adoption across business units and affiliates.
- Drive process optimization and influence cross-functional operations.
We are currently speaking to candidates who have:
- 10+ years of progressive accounting experience within a Shared Services environment.
- CPA (active or inactive).
- Proven leadership in global finance/shared services environments.
- Deep understanding of SAP, financial systems, and RTR processes.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with change management and process improvement methodologies (Lean/Six Sigma a PLUS).

Morgan Ball serves as Director of Business Operations in Rezult Group's Nashville office. Morgan started her career as a Recruiting Partner and has progressively taken on new roles within the organization. She found her passion for sales when she became a Business Development Manager where she interfaced with clients, worked closely with her team, enhanced her knowledge of organizational accounting and finance needs, and learned how to best partner with her clients. Morgan’s outgoing and creative personality sets her apart as a contributor and leader within our organization.
Morgan received her bachelor’s degree from The University of Memphis where she studied Public Relations. She and her husband are proud parents to their two Wheaten Terriers, Lu and Andy. When not looking after her fur babies Morgan loves cheering on the Tigers, being with friends traveling and celebrating all things Nashville!
