Currently we are searching for a Staff Accountant to fulfill an immediate permanent need with an exceptional company based out of Nashville, TN operating on a hybrid schedule.

This individual will be responsible for:
- Perform all month-end close duties for designated practices and ensure compliance with US GAAP standards
- Assist in forecasting/budgeting & providing monthly operation reviews to leadership
- Coordinate timely preparation and review of month-end balance sheet reconciliations, consolidation activities, and financial reporting duties
- Special projects as assigned by leadership
We are actively speaking with candidates that have:
- 1+ year of progressive Accounting experience- public accounting experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Critical thinker with excellent communication
- Intermediate Excel—VLOOKUP's and Pivot Tables
