Senior Accountant

Job Description
Rezult continues to grow and strengthen its presence within the financial community nationwide. We are actively seeking qualified professionals to join our team and contribute to that success. We are currently hiring a Senior Accountant to support an immediate client need in Nashville, TN, with a flexible hybrid schedule available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for 20+ clients, building strong relationships and understanding their financial needs
- Prepare accurate financial statements and reports, delivering insights to support client performance
- Oversee day-to-day bookkeeping activities, ensuring timely and accurate transaction recording
- Manage accounting projects and collaborate with internal teams to meet client deadlines
- Mentor and support staff accountants through guidance and ongoing training
- 5+ years of experience within a CPA firm, managing 15+ clients simultaneously (bookkeeping and client-facing)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (required)
- Experience within the construction, nonprofit, or restaurant industries is a PLUS
