Rezult continues to make great strides toward enhancing the financial community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently we are searching for a Senior Cost Accountant to fulfill an immediate permanent need.
- Manage full close process for assigned entities, coordinate dependencies, and achieve a 5-day close.
- Maintain standard costs, analyze PPV and variances, track WIP, and partner with operations to improve margins.
- Ensure accurate coding, reconcile job costing to the GL, and deliver margin reporting by program or coach.
- Oversee PO/receipt/invoice matching in NetSuite, resolve issues, and reduce price and quantity variances.
- Reconcile balances, manage settlements and eliminations, and ensure clean tie-outs.
- Review staff work, give feedback, and uphold documentation and quality standards.
We are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum of:
- 5+ years of progressive accounting with proven cost accounting experience in manufacturing, logistics, or comparable operational settings
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with NetSuite or a comparable ERP
- Ability to travel once a quarter
