Finance Manager

Rezult continues to make great strides toward enhancing the financial community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently we are searching for a Finance Manager to fulfill an immediate need.
This individual will be responsible for:
- Developing, analyzing, and distributing both standard and ad hoc financial reports specific to the service line to ensure accurate and timely data for decision-making
- Acting as a resource for service line RVPs and Division leadership on financial reporting, analysis, business plan development, and budget preparation for freestanding facilities
- Participating in the formulation of the annual operating and capital budget for the service line, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Conducting detailed operational performance reviews of targeted freestanding facilities, contributing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Maintaining regular communication with stakeholders and customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person meetings, fostering collaboration and information sharing
- Assisting the AVP, CFO, VP of Development, and RVPs with CAMS processes, market assessments, and analytics to align with development and growth initiatives
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
We are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum of:
- 5+ years of progressive finance experience
- Background in healthcare industry is a PLUS
- Intermediate Excel skills to include pivot tables, power pivots, and familiarity with macros
