Rezult Group continues to make great strides toward enhancing the technology community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently we are searching for 2 Cost Analysts to fill immediate vacancies.
***Cannot work C2C, must be a USC or GC holder and able to report onsite in ATL, GA***
Key Responsibilities:
- Consolidating and Analyzing Financial Data:
- Gather and consolidate financial data, including budgets and forecasts.
- Analyze data considering long-term project goals.
- Perform month-end accruals and corrective measures (cost transfers and expenditure batches).
- Business Studies and Forecast Models:
- Assist in developing forecast models.
- Document key assumptions for semi-annual compliance filings and budget submittals.
- Monitor project phases and proactively make task changes to align with schedule changes.
- Advising and Financial Tracking:
- Advise senior financial analysts and recommend actions.
- Track financial status by comparing actual results with forecasts.
- Consulting and Process Improvement:
- Collaborate with multiple business contacts and perform change management related to budget and schedule changes.
- Use shared information to influence forecasts and consult with management on long-term decision-making.
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven working experience as a Finance Analyst.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office, and financial software applications.
- Hands-on experience with statistical analysis and statistical packages.
- Outstanding presentation, reporting, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of financial forecasting, corporate finance, and information analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and produce high-quality, accurate work.
