Job Description
Rezult continues to make great strides toward enhancing the financial community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently we are searching for a Financial Analyst to fulfill an immediate need.
This individual will be responsible for:
- Owning and managing the preparation of monthly financial reporting packages, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Analyzing financial performance, leveraging historical data to identify trends, variances, and anomalies.
- Comparing forecasted and actual results, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Supporting the annual budgeting process across departments and projects.
- Ad hoc reporting and projects
We are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum of:
- 0-3 years of finance experience (new grads welcome!)
- Proficiency with Prophix or other reporting systems
- Bachelors degree in Finance or other related fields
- Excel skills to include: vlookups, xlookups, and sumifs
