Rezult continues to make great strides toward enhancing the financial services community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently, we are searching for a Director of Food and Beverage to fill an immediate full-time need.
Job responsibilities include:
- Manage the day-to-day functions of multiple restaurants in a resort setting
- Manage support, FOH, and BOH functions of multiple restaurants
- Utilizing critical thinking skills to make strategic business decisions
- Handle vendors, ordering, budget and strategic decisions across the business
- Manage a large corporate environment
- Working in a fast-pace, ad hoc environment
- Bring a strategic thinker and self-starter that is solutions-oriented and versed in speaking to teams across the organization
We are currently speaking with candidates who have:
- 4+ years of Luxury or fine dining management experience
- Experience managing FOH Staff, BOH Staff, orders and inventory
- Experience with vendor management
- Experience in resort environment a plus
