Rezult Group continues to make great strides toward enhancing the technology services community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently, we are searching for a SQL Developer to fulfill an immediate full-time vacancy.
This position is a Full-Time, 1 year Contract position, not offering sponsorship, or C2C, that sits onsite daily with an eventual shift to 3 days/week onsite.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Data Integration & Reporting: Develop and optimize SQL-based reports, integrate data from multiple sources including a data warehouse, and clean data to ensure seamless delivery for reporting needs.
- Full-Stack Development: Work across the full stack, from backend SQL development to frontend UI/UX design, helping create a better visual and interactive experience for end-users.
- Collaboration & Requirements Gathering: Interact directly with business stakeholders, ranging from field personnel to C-suite executives, to gather requirements and translate them into actionable development tasks.
- UI/UX Improvements: Contribute to the design and optimization of the user interface, ensuring the app is user-friendly, visually appealing, and functional for various user roles.
- Continuous Improvement: Maintain, update, and document code and standards while ensuring the platform is optimized and evolving according to business needs.
- Future Growth with ML Integration: Play an integral role in expanding the use of machine learning in the application, contributing to future data-driven development opportunities.
- 2-4 Years SQL Development Experience: Strong skills in SQL for backend development, data cleaning, and reporting customization.
- UI/UX Understanding: Ability to design user interfaces with a focus on usability and design principles such as color contrast and tab order.
- Interest in Full-Stack Development & Machine Learning: Experience or interest in technologies like R and Python with the potential to expand into machine learning and more advanced development.
- Strong Communication Skills: Comfortable speaking with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to clarify requirements and explain technical solutions.
- Bonus Skills: Familiarity with technologies like Grafana or data visualization or working with real time production data.
