Rezult continues to make great strides toward enhancing patient care services community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently we are searching for an LPN for a contract role with an exceptional occupational health / primary care organization based out of Clermont, FL.
·      Start date: ASAP
·      Schedule: DAYS – Monday – Thursday 8 am – 5 pm / Friday 7 am - 4 pm and Rotate 1 Saturday a month 9 am - 1 pm
·      Pay - $30 - $35 an hour
·      Contract length: 13 weeks with potential extension
·      Benefits: Medical / Dental / Vision / Weekly pay
JOB DESCRIPTION:
·      LPN needed for primary care location.Â
·      Seeking someone that has strong customer service, phlebotomy skills and thrives working in a busy environment
·      Gives injections or treatments and performs routine laboratory tests
·      Schedules appointments and makes follow up phone calls to patients
·      Performs administrative tasks, completes appropriate client company and OSHA regulated forms, and provides assistance at front desk

We are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum of:
·      Must have at least 3 years of LPN experience.
·      Must have strong phlebotomy skills and thrives working in a busy environment.
·      Must be organized and have high level of customer services skills. Â
·      Experience with Epic EMR preferred.
·      LPN license in FL or compact required.
·      BLS or CPR certification required.
