Job Description
Rezult Group is dedicated to enhancing patient care through innovative technology services nationwide. We are seeking a qualified Family Nurse Practitioner for a contract opportunity with an exceptional Occupational Healthcare company in Elko, NV.
· Contract Length: 29 weeks
· Pay rate range: $90 - $100 an hour plus a 1k completion bonus
· Schedule: 4-10 rotating schedule (Mon-Thur /Tues-Fri 8am-7pm) with 2 scheduled weekends per month (Sat/Sun 8am-2pm)
· Benefits: Medical / Dental / Vision / Weekly Pay / Holiday Pay
Job Description:
· Provide comprehensive primary care to newborns and up, including acute care, chronic disease management, and annual physical exams.
· Perform thorough patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based care.
· Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
· Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with clinical standards and regulations.
· Deliver patient education and promote preventive health practices.
Requirements:
· Must have current NV license
· Acute care/walk in experience preferred
· Must see all ages (newborn and up)
· Must be comfortable with procedures (laceration repair, toe nail removal, etc.)
· EMR system: EPIC
· Must have BLS certification.
