·       13 weeks with potential for extension
·       Start Date: 12 - 08
·       Shift: DAYS- For December - Monday – Thursday  8  AM – 4:30 PM, January – March -  Monday – Friday  8  AM – 4:30 PM
·       Pay rate: $50-$55 an hour
·       Benefits: Medical / Dental / Vision / Holiday Pay
JOB DESCRIPTION:
·      Manual Therapy, Vestibular Rehab, Orthopedic post-op rehab, rehab of spinal disorders, experience in treatment of elbow, wrist, hand disorders.
·      Maintains a professional image and exhibits excellent customer relations to patients, visitors, physicians, and co-workers in accordance with our Service Excellence Standards and Core Values.
·      Treatments are performed as ordered in a safe, timely manner. Staff and family members are involved in the treatment when indicated.
·      Medical documentation in Epic EMR.
We are actively speaking with applicants that have a minimum of:
·      2-5 years of recent Physical Therapist experience.Â
·      PTA License and CPR  certification required.
