Rezult Group is dedicated to enhancing patient care through innovative technology services nationwide. We are seeking a qualified Primary Care Physician for a contract opportunity with an exceptional Occupational Healthcare / Primary Care organization in Tampa, FL.
·      Contract Length: 5 weeks (with potential extensions)
·      Start Date: November 10
·      Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
·      Pay Rate: $125 – $140 per hour
·      Benefits: Medical / Dental / Vision / Weekly Pay / Holiday Pay
Responsibilities:
·      Provides episodic, preventive, and acute health care to patients ages 18-74, mostly adults.Â
·      Manage approximately 15 patients per day
·      May provide occupational health services (i.e., post-offer physicals, occupational surveillance exams, medical monitoring, return to work exams and Worker’s Compensation medical guidance) in some health centersÂ
·      Conducts histories and physical examinations and prescribes medications and/or medical treatments based on best practice standardsÂ
·      Develops treatment plans in collaboration with patients; educates and advises on medical issues as neededÂ
·      Provides referrals both internally and externally to appropriate medical resource or specialtyÂ
·      Maintains medical records using (In some health centers it may be using Electronic Medical Record software)Â
Qualifications:
·      At least 2-3 years of post-residency clinical experienceÂ
·      Experience in a primary care, urgent care or emergency room setting. (Occupational healthcare experience may apply in some clinics).Â
·      Licensed to practice medicine in the state within which the site is locatedÂ
·      Must have current state and federal DEA certificationÂ
·      Current Certification in AHA or ARC Basic Life Support for health care providers is required, Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required based on contract scope of servicesÂ
·      Medical Review Officer (MRO) Certification may be required for some positionsÂ
