Rezult continues to make great strides toward enhancing the technology community nationwide. We are consistently looking for qualified professionals to join us in achieving success. Currently, we are searching for a Helpdesk Technician to fulfill an immediate vacancy.
This individual will be responsible for providing support to the IT team, Windows computers, and phone systems.
We are actively speaking with applicants that have:
• 1+ year as a support technician
• Exposure to a wide variety PC equipment and Software
• Experience with ticketing systems
• Experience with call routing
Preferred skills include:
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Microsoft SCCM
• Active Directory
• Ability to exceed ticket closure goals
• Advanced understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques.
• PC and Mac experience
• Exposure to a wide variety PC equipment and accessories
• Well-organized and have the ability to prioritize tasks.
