This individual will be responsible for managing operational support systems across the enterprise
We are actively speaking with applicants that have:
• 2+ years as an IT Analyst or Order Management Analyst
• Exposure to order management and service delivery surrounding operational support systems
Preferred skills include:
• Experience researching and negotiating new technology product services
• Knowledge of data management
• Understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques.
• PC and Mac experience
• Exposure to a wide variety PC equipment and accessories
• Well-organized and have the ability to prioritize tasks.
