This individual will be responsible for providing support to Windows computers, Mac computers, and mobile devices.
We are actively speaking with applicants that have:
• 3 + years in IT Support or Helpdesk
• 3+ years experience working with systems and networking in professional environment
• Exposure to a wide variety PC equipment and Software
Preferred skills include:
• Strong trouble shooting problem-solving skills
• Command level scripting knowledge
• Microsoft SCCM
• Active Directory
• Ability to exceed ticket closure goals
• Advanced understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques.
• PC and Mac experience
• Exposure to a wide variety PC equipment and accessories
• Well-organized and have the ability to prioritize tasks.
